An exciting opportunity for a Technical Customer Service Manager to lead a busy department. Sdicraft have expanded rapidly in recent years and we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service. We are looking for a self motivated individual to run our service department and ensure we deliver the highest level of support to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the customer service team to deliver the best possible customer service

Develop processes and procedures to improve the customer service journey

Overseeing and coordinating the day to day activities of the customer service department, ensuring service delivery target response times and quality standards are met consistently

Assist the sales team to support pre-sales, and after-sales management activities

Implementing plans to drive improvement in line with changing business and customer needs

Key Attributes:

Experience leading a successful customer service team

Competent MS office user

Exposure to B2B customer service

Technical experience in the broadcast industry

Repair Engineer - REF: 42

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Job Location: Brentford, London

Salary: 35,000 - 38,000

Due to the continued expansion of our repair department, we are looking to recruit an Repair Engineer to work in our repair support department.

This is a full time role which is ideally suited to a self-motivated, dynamic and conscientious team player with a passion for best practice in customer service, an interest in broadcast and video technologies and being a part of a progressive company.

This is a full time role which will include responsibility for (this list may not be exhaustive):

Assisting in the engineering repair operations

Taking internal repair calls/emails

Covering internal sales communication channels, including;

Booking in repairs/equipment

Estimating costs/prices

Logging activity on IT Systems and issuing returns numbers

Arrange courier collections where required

Helping with supplier repair returns

Maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing complex electronic, computer based, optical and mechanical broadcasting systems. Repairing and maintaining equipment in emergency and preventative situations.

Setting-up/configuring and operating various broadcasting equipment such as recording, video and editing equipment; checking equipment against specifications and tolerances for operational readiness; providing operational assistance/instruction to others as needed.

Testing and aligning new equipment prior to customer delivery and sign off.

Spot checking new equipment.

Testing Returned goods for restocking
